If Nabila & Nazarudin wind down our wedding screen last year, Nelly & Black kick start our wedding calender for the year 2010. From what I heard, they were University sweethearts and at last were married to each other. Black is always spontaneous with his smile and laughter throughout the event. They were cool people to be around with.
Everything was done from scratch with the help of the family; no kidding. From dulang hantaran, deco, make up; Everything lah semua ‘house made’ I’m not surprise anyway because everybody is really talented in whatever task they are assigned to. Too bad we don’t have ample time to kidnapped both of the bride & groom for an outdoor shootout but we hope to be able to do those in Putrajaya reception this weekend.

Its been a while we scribble anything here, lately everything slows down due to the fasting month so, we concentrate more on the album making and trying hard to resolve the delivery manner. We wanted our customer to be able view and re-live their happy moment without having to wait for a longer time, hence after negotiating with our album manufacturer we could cut the time from 6-8 weeks to 4 weeks maximum waiting time. At the same time, we constantly try to improve the outlook and the design of our album, trying new editing skills and etc. All in all, Ramadan is about improving and learning.
BABY PHOTOGRAPHY TIPS
To the mommies and daddies out there, do you remember when your kids are small and how cute they were back then/ do you remember when they learn to crawl? The essence of baby photography is for you to be able to answer those kind of questions
1. Sometimes you just have to wait
There are huge different when you work with delicate subject like this, we have to follow their rule not make up our own rule for them to follow which means, if they are not in the mood; you just got to put down your camera and find another suitable time to shoot them or find something to calm them down and get them in the mood.
2. Poses?
When working with babies/kids don’t bother posing them for something else that they are not. Look for more natural poses that represent them all the way. Bring your camera anywhere, be ready to snap them being themselves while playing, eating, talking, laughing etc. Talk to them, play with them and at the right moment, be ready to snap (which we already talk during our previous pose, always have a mental picture of the image that you want to take even before you hold on to the camera)
3. Lighting Condition Technically we will suggest an outdoor shoot, may it be your lawn or wherever that have sufficient lighting. Again, flash lights hurts their eyes so avoid it if you can. Use big F number to create that blury background effect so that your main image stand out.
4. To Edit/Enhance or Not?
Yep. Always choose to edit/enhance your photo. It doesn’t need to be like a professional touch but at least it will look more presentable. Colors add life to a picture, that’s for sure so DO NOT hesitate to do so. There are millions of simple tutorials online which you could follow.
5. Keep On Practicing
It took longer than a week to learn a new trick. To get a good photo, you need to be comfortable with your machine (in this case the camera) learn the tools, keep you kids trained to be comfortable in front of your lens. How to do that? Easy! Take their photos everyday from today. Believe us, Practice makes perfect!

bored. so he telephoned a few friends. “how about getting together to make an anti-racism national unity song and music video?” all said yes without hesitation. not because pete threatened them with a sharp and rusty knife. but only because they love malaysia.
the contingent swelled to 52 people a few days later. it included filmmakers, dancers, singers, producers, musicians, actors, entrepreneurs, designers, footballers, activists, celebrities, students and a florist. nobody would be paid. yet they were enthused. not because they were high on speed. only because they love Malaysia.
they gathered to record the song. it had a catchy chorus and was able to induce a mass sing-along. everyone was happy when it was done. they named it ‘here in my home’. then more people joined. the party now included more than 120 people. but the budget remained exactly zero. it seems even the spreadsheet loves malaysia.
everyone turned up for the video shoot. much fun was had and friendships made. video editors went to work after the shoot was done. both the recording and the video would be given away for free. a gift to the nation. from those who love malaysia to those who feel the same.

PLAGUE OF HAPPINESS Today we have the privileged to welcome the Plague Of Happiness to our White Room studio courtesy of Hafizi as their photographer. Its great to meet all of them in person. They are cool and down to earth people and always up for any photography challenge for their photo shoot. They had their fun session in our studio (well, at least that’s what we felt ~ hahaha! Everybody was laughing like nobody’s business throughout the session)
Time is quite shot to have a chat with them but they told us that they are following this ‘Radio Rosak’ tour throughout Malaysia along with Estranged, OAG, Bunk Face and etc. To the readers out there who is down for Ska Punk music and of course Plague Of Happiness fans you could check out their updates via their My Space Music ~ Plague Of Happiness
VENTURINGINTO F&B BUSINESS
Feels like ages we haven’t been able to scribble anything here. Thanks for still droppin by at our site and leaving your shoutout to us. We’re seriously busy coping up with the album making and few other things that needed a careful thoughts, we’re venturing into an F&B outlets now and loving it too. It is a very interesting part time job for us. Its like the old saying ‘don’t put all your eggs in the same basket’ so we’re venturing and diversifying! We have 9 outlets at this moment and rumors are saying that they’re going to open up another 2 branches by end of next month in Kl and soon another one in Sabah. One International Outlets has been realized in Jakarta last month and the best news is we’re going to fly off to Singapore to witness the opening of another one International Outlets in Far East Plaza, Orchard Road, Singapore.
We’re still looking for BUSINESS PARTNERS, so if anyone interested to know more (with no strings attached) or to make this as a part time business (like we do and you could easily earn an extra income around 7k a month beside your full time job pay) please call or email us to schedule an appointment but we could only accommodate those appointment starting next month. We’re fully booked this whole month.
