In The Limelight

9.12.2009

How does it feels like for us to be in the limelight? Hahaha! One thing for sure is awkward. When all this while we’ve been helping you to pose, to smile and to act natural in front of our lenses now its our chance to do so but it doesn’t turn out the way we wanted it to be that much but this are some that we enjoy. Taken at the horse stable around Jb area. We think we dress up accordingly with checks shirt and mind my slipper, sungguh tak cowboy.

We’ve been meaning to get our photo taken and been asking a lot of photographer to get it done for us but most of them decline the inquiry with their own personal reason. After surveying we got our eyes on one photographer, hopefully she can make it happend one day since we’re still swarming busy with the ‘move’ Oh yes! We’ve moved our station from Batu Pahat to Jb city. So, to Jb customer’s, clients and friends, do call us if you decided to give us a round of ‘belanja’ treat and of course showing us the places here. We will be honored ~ P

At the moment, we’re beginning to accept bookings for 2010 starting January and like we quoted in our previous entry, we have decided to shoot with our last year’s price with a little add-ins to the package so you know what you got to do right? We decided to try something fresh for this year’s wedding photos (if the client’s permits, of course)

Till we see you again during the next post, Take care and have fun!

Footnote: Pic below is our sister who tagged along with us during the portraiture session. The one that she is is touching is ‘Mr. Obama’

  • Lam & Faiz : hi aza! tx for droppin by here. utm best, we love the place jugak but this particular portraiture is done in kulai. part kene ada permit tu im not sure but i guess we can make it happen.

Happy Eid!

28.9.2009

Hello World! Happy Eid!! Its been a while we scribble something here, throughout the fasting month we’re busy fine tuning and focusing on clients album delivery process and we’re happy that we could deliver all those album on time before the Eid so our customer could view and share their happy and fleeting moments with their loved ones. For those who sent us a Hari Raya cards/SMS/Emails/Facebook messages, thank you so much for the thoughts. We appreciate it so much.

Throughout the fasting months we got to cut a good deal with our album maker, so the good news is there will be some minor changes in the album making material, texture and design. To us its pretty cool and the best part is they ensure the on time delivery and great binding quality.

We have some personal photo to share during Hari Raya, the main actor is our nephew, Mr. Irfan Rayyan who is enjoying his first ever Hari Raya this year and boy he surely had so much fun with the colorful foods, green packets and all the attention given to him. Here’s some of it. Enjoy and drop us a line or two! Its lonely in here .. hahaha!

Footnote: We have only 2 more slots for the Wedding Promotion. So hurry up!

Profound Lesson

18.7.2009

Just because blog post are better looking with photos. Here is one for your viewing pleasure.

Some people MAKE things happen
Some people WATCH things happen
Some just WONDER what happen

So, the question is, WHICH ONE IS YOU?

Believe it or not most of us are among the one who WATCH and WONDER what happen. They wait and wait and wait and when they decided to do it and fail at it, they blame others instead of working out things to MAKE it work. Success doesn’t come easy, it is hard work, hard work and hard work.

There are a big difference between dreams and goals. Dreams are fuzzy and vague but goals are very clear, specific and measurable. Don’t ever be fooled by all the stories you read about ‘overnight success’ If you really check out how they made it, you will discover that they establish they goals and went after them the same way you must go after yours that is: ONE STEP AT A TIME, in which a series of accomplishment of small goals in order to climb and reach the big one

The road might be long and winding but the only one to find out whether there is a sunshine at the end of the day is to keep on walking. The journey itself will make you stronger and wiser. Wishing all of us the best of luck, may we reach another milestones and another step closer to our dream goals.

  • Lam & Faiz : Ye betul. Credit to her.
  • Baby : Credit to the most beautiful model! Hahaha...

Moqh & Eizah

14.7.2009

We got a chance to attend Moqh & Eizah wedding last weekend at Ulu Tiram. It was a simple yet a nicely coordinated wedding. We love the colors, the ghazal, the food was superb all in all very Johorean lah! You should see their ‘lomo’ dais (pelamin pengantin) Very cool lah! Hahaha! We love the idea, very color splashy all the way.

We are there as a guess so we don’t really follow them in details but here are some pic taken that day:

Beside celebrating Moqh & Eizah’s love for each other its about meeting up with friends. We got a chance to meet up with Saiful and his family. We got a chance to meet Orked too, the last time we visit her was like months back.

Saiful took this while Lam is swinging Orked up and down and later we went to Singapore (separate trip) Driving to Singapore during the weekend is seriously not advisable. The traffic is really bad we have to use the second link to get back to Jb and that time it is already 12 in the morning.

Its about meeting up with some friends too. Supposed we’re scheduled to go to Melbourne this July but because of the Influenza A we decided to postpone the trip but Udey decided to go ahead with his backpacking trip there. So, Lam asked me to get her snapshot with Udey the other day.

If you have read his blog, he have issues with his new haircut this is before the horror happen. Can you imagine how his ‘tupai’ hair looks like now? We pity you la Udey ..

  • Lam & Faiz : thanks cha! they are 'chommelicious' couple too!
  • cha : i like the color baju n the pic.so nice
  • Lam & Faiz : Tq for the invitation :)
  • moqh : tq dtg :)

PLAGUE OF HAPPINESS
Today we have the privileged to welcome the Plague Of Happiness to our White Room studio courtesy of Hafizi as their photographer. Its great to meet all of them in person. They are cool and down to earth people and always up for any photography challenge for their photo shoot. They had their fun session in our studio (well, at least that’s what we felt ~ hahaha! Everybody was laughing like nobody’s business throughout the session)

Time is quite shot to have a chat with them but they told us that they are following this ‘Radio Rosak’ tour throughout Malaysia along with Estranged, OAG, Bunk Face and etc. To the readers out there who is down for Ska Punk music and of course Plague Of Happiness fans you could check out their updates via their My Space Music ~ Plague Of Happiness
